WHAT IS CNG?

CNG is compressed natural gas. It is produced simply by compressing standard natural gas to a fraction of its volume through a common technological process, usually at a pressure of around 200 bar (1 bar = 1 atm).

As a fuel, CNG is a far more cost effective solution than conventional fuels such as petrol and diesel. It is also considerably safer, even in the case of leakage, and far more environmentally friendly. Boasting a 70-90% reduction in Carbon Monoxide content, CNG can contribute significantly towards the reduction of emissions.

CNG provides a reduction in general operating wear and tear; examples of this include a lack of contamination or dilution of crank case oil and the elimination of the fouling of spark plugs. As an added advantage, vehicles powered by CNG retain the ability to also run on petrol. CNG fuel is both cheaper and more environmentally friendly than petrol and diesel, and as such is a next generation fuel targeted to promote a greener environment and  sustainability in today's world.

INSTALLATION & CONVERSION

We offer two type of CNG/LPG Kits for petrol run vehicles.

1. Convential Kit

2. Sequential Injection System

We follow a systematic process during installation which involves an easy and precise conversion process as detailed below:

1. Kit Installation (Installation by our specialized technical and fitment team. 3 sub-steps are involved with includes Wiring and electrical connections, Mechanical installation and Cylinder support)

2. Filling Process (Vehicle is filled with gas from the closest Gas filling station)

3. Leakage Testing (Dedicated engineer conducts a leakage test and checks for any leakage from the pipes, tank valve, pressure gauge and filling valve)

4. Customer education (After fine tuning and final examination of installation by the installation team, the client is educated on the functionalites of the conversion between petrol and CNG/LPG and then the car is taken out for a test-drive by the customer for a prelimniary feel of the ride on dual fuel. On return, the client finishes up on the payment and recieves the necessary invoice and CNG booklet containing vital information on CNG use and filling stations in the country)
